- Added additional settings menus, including full GUI color customization
- Settings are now saved to file when exiting their menu, and loaded from file on game start
- Added buttons to reset settings to their default values
- Future-proofed the way default settings are handled
- Slider GUI elements are now clickable
- Removed unnecessary whitespace from Slider value displays
- The Escape key now triggers back buttons in menus
- Added sound effects for modifying the pocketed card
